Video: Cornrow Braid out

 ~December 2011~

Cornrow Braid out: I haven't made this style in a while, but I gave it try and I enjoyed the wavy look it created.  This is how I made this style:
1) I lightly spritzed my locs
2) I made six large cornrow, but made sure to keep my roots loose to avoid too much tension
3) Let them air dry for several hours, or over night
4) Unraveled them the next day and finger combed my locs.

Its good to see you blogging. A few weeks ago I was going through all of the blogs that I followed and was just wondering how you hair was coming along, then you posted a video and updated your blog. As always hair is looking good.

Your blog, hair and spirit are the bomb! I am seeking help as I embark upon my 1st self retight.....I am wondering how to catch the loose hairs around the base of my hair...I scratch my head a lot so that causes this...not a lot of hair but last time my consultant did have to put 1 or 2 babies back in the very front.

@Naturala TB: Thank you so much! You're so kind. Congrats to you on starting your first self retighte! I made a video on how to catch those loose hair strands, so this should help you along the way. I used to have the same issue. The video is "Loc How To: Sewing In Loose Hair Strands": http://youtu.be/qhH01SmWA9s
